Privacy & Cookie Notice

This notice explains, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how we process the personal data of people who visit fegapartner.com and contact us. The Turkish version is the binding text.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Fega Partner (İzmir, Türkiye) as data controller. You can reach us at info@fegapartner.com.

2. Data we process

• Identity and contact details: name, company, email address and phone number you share through the contact form or by email.
• Request details: the topic you are interested in and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser details and time of visit recorded in the hosting provider’s server logs when you visit the site.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your consulting, training and information requests,
• Preparing proposals and handling a possible contract,
• Sending you the information you requested about training programmes,
• Keeping the website secure and working properly.

4. How we collect data and legal grounds

Data is collected through the email created by the contact form, emails you send us directly, and the automatic logs of the servers hosting the site. The contact form does not store your data on our servers: it opens a draft email in your own email app, which reaches us only when you send it.

We process your data on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c), it is necessary for our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f) and, where required, your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

5. Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only as far as needed for the purposes above with the providers of our email and web hosting services, and with competent public authorities where required by law. Because the site’s hosting (Cloudflare) and font service (Google Fonts) run on servers abroad, technical data created during your visit (such as your IP address) may be processed on those providers’ servers outside Türkiye.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the purpose requires and for the retention periods set by law; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected and, under the conditions of KVKK, deleted or destroyed, and for these actions to be notified to those third parties; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies; no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies or similar technologies are placed, so no cookie consent is requested. Fonts are also served from this website’s own server; no third-party font service is contacted. We will update this notice if this changes.
