About the Founder

Abbas ErdenalGlobal Operational Excellence Leader

With more than a quarter century in the field, Abbas Erdenal’s career spans quality assurance, production planning, continuous improvement management and international Lean transformation programmes. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt he has led more than 1,000 improvement projects, guiding organisations through transformation from Türkiye to Poland, and from Jordan to Ethiopia.

Based in İzmir, Fega Partner was founded in 2016 and has provided consulting and training in Operational Excellence, Lean transformation and Lean Six Sigma since 2020. As its founder, Abbas Erdenal personally manages all of the firm’s consulting activities.

Our aim is to create measurable profitability for our clients and to ensure the continuity of the improvement system we build. We turn globally recognised methods into flexible, tailored applications that fit each organisation’s structure and maturity.

What is the difference between a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Black Belt?

A Green Belt teaches the core techniques of data-driven problem solving with the DMAIC approach and focuses on running projects within one’s own area. A Black Belt develops change leaders who manage strategic, wide-scope projects using advanced statistics, Design of Experiments (DoE), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Who is the Black Belt Upgrade training for?

The Black Belt Upgrade training is designed for certified Green Belts who want to move up to Black Belt level. Green Belt topics are not repeated; advanced techniques and strategic problem-solving skills are built through hands-on work.

Are the trainings delivered face to face?

Belt trainings are delivered face to face as hands-on central trainings led by Abbas Erdenal and supported by real projects. Consulting work is carried out on-site or in a hybrid format depending on the organisation’s needs. Tailored in-house training can also be arranged.
